As a responsible holiday letting company we have a responsibility to both the owner and the holidaymaker to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the service we provide.

THE HOLIDAYMAKER

To the holidaymaker it is important that the property is as advertised and is clean, fully operational and ready for occupation on arrival. We also like all our visitors to feel welcome and we are available to give advice on many local services and where to find the best local beaches and cliff walks. We are very aware it is not just the property you are here for but to visit the area. We are here to help and advice if required on what to see and do in order to make the most of your precious time here.

With all our holiday letting properties the rental tariff will include all electricity, linen & towels with cleaning and beds made before arrival. Keys to the properties will be held at our offices in Penzance and act as a collection point unless there is a key code lock box fitted on the front door, in which case we will provide you with the code to access the key. We like to include a welcome pack, consisting of tea, coffee and fresh milk in the fridge. We also supply a local town and area map with direction to the nearest shops and restaurants. We aim to call in on our guests shortly after arrival to ensure they are happy with everything. All holidaymakers have to sign an occupation agreement for the duration of their stay and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of that agreement.

THE PROPERTY OWNER

To the property owner we have to ensure that rents are properly collected and relevant costs such as cleaning and any necessary property maintenance are clearly identified before being deducted from any holiday rental. We clearly have to ensure that the property is properly looked after. These matters are all covered in the terms and conditions of the Bosuns holiday homes agreement form, which we require all property owners to sign before we can advertise or let their property.
