Harbour View Penthouse 3 is situated by the Harbour in Penzance Town.  With views directly over the harbour and far reaching views to St Michael's Mount and the whole of Mount's Bay.  A short stroll up the famous Chapel Street where the news of Nelson's death was first brought to England and you are in the heart of the Old Market Town with bustling shops and restaurants.

Harbour View Penthouse has been newly converted this Spring and offers luxury accommodation. 

GROUND FLOOR

Granite steps lead you to the front stable door of Penthouse 3.  On this floor you have two double bedrooms, one en-suite with pitch pine flooring throughout.  The main bathroom has bath with shower over, heated towel rail, basin and mirror with built in shaver socket and lights.

FIRST FLOOR

Here we have the open plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and living room.  With two full size french doors leading on to you own private balcony, you now have glorious views over the working and leisure harbour  of Penzance and beyond to St Michael's Mount and The Lizard.  The kitchen is fully functional with fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer.  The lounge area has one sofa bed for the fifth/sixth quest, coffee table and TV with DVD player.

All linen and towels are supplied and electricity and heating are included.  Please bring your own beach towels.

 Bed & Breakfast also available from £60 per room per night.
