Harbour View Penthouse 4 is situated directly beside The Harbour at Penzance.  The apartment has amazing view over the whole of Mounts Bay to The Lizard.  A short stroll up the famous Chapel Street, where the news of Lord Nelson's death was first brought to England and you are in the heart of the town.  Just around the corner you have The Promenade and Britains largest open air swimming pool.  A little further along and you have Cornwall's largest fishing fleet based at Newlyn and you must sample some of Jelbarts famous home made ice cream.

 Harbour View Penthouse 4 has been newly converted this Spring.

GROUND FLOOR

Up granite steps to your rear balcony and the stable door entrance.  On this floor you have two double bedrooms, one en suite.  Family bathroom with shower over the bath.  Ptich pine flooring throughout leads on to the kitchen with dining table area.  The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave.  View from here to the Wharfside Shopping Centre and the leisure harbour.

FIRST FLOOR

Here we have the lounge area with two french doors leading onto your private balcony and the stunning views of the harbour and beyond to St Michaels Mount and as far as The Lizard.  Comfortable chocolate settees offer a sofa bed for the fifth and sixth guest.  There is also a workstation for your computer use, coffee table and tv with DVD player.

All linen and towels are provided and electricity and heating are included.  Please bring your own beach towels.

 Bed & breakfast also available from £60 per room per night
