Sunny Corner directly over looks the Harbour at Penzance.  Penzance is a bustling Old Market Town and Sunny Corner is siutated just a short walk from the town centre at the bottom of the famous Chapel Street, where the news of Lord Nelson's death was first brought to England.  Sunny Corner is perfectly situated with a short stroll around the corner you have Englands biggest open air swimming pool and continue along The Promenade to the fishing port of Newlyn.

Sunny Corner has recently been converted but still retains many of the character features of old harbour side building. 

You access Sunny Corner along your private balcony to the stable door entrance.  Here is an excellent sun trap and has beautiful views across the harbour.

As you enter you are first drawn to the original roof beams that have been carefully restored and exposed.  This room is very much open plan with fully fitted kitchen including fridge freezer, washer / dryer, microwave and dishwasher.  The chocolate brown sofas also double up as the third and fourth guest bed.  TV and DVD for your entertainment and table and chairs for four.

There is one double bedroom also with views over the harbour.  The main bathroom has a shower over the bath.

All bed linen and towels are supplied and electricity and heating are included.  Please bring your own beach towels.

During off-season Bed & Breakfast from £60 per room per night might be considered.
